Cardinals optioned OF Randal Grichuk to High-A Palm Beach.
The move clears a spot for Jose Martinez's return from the disabled list. Grichuk has struggled with a .222/.276/.377 batting line across 46 games this season and the Cardinals want him to work on his strike zone discipline in the minors. Tommy Pham will get a chance at regular playing time, and deservedly so.

Most of that is Schebler but I just laughed at Pham going ham the day after I dropped him.
Also that brief time I dropped Moss he had his 3/4 2 HR game.

Bader is same type of player as grichuk though. High K, doesn't really walk, lil pop

I had to go back and see past Grichuk trades. He's been a piece for players involving Cruz, Beltre and Wheeler.
