Both have ridiculous babips right now.
Taylor's BABIP was over .400 last I looked. But, he has a Votto walk rate with a stupid low swing %. So BABIP regression shouldn't hurt him much if he maintains his selectivity.

Pham also doesn't utilize the whole field the way Taylor does and is much more vulnerable to the shift.
Taylor is also hitting a sweet 7% soft contact, Pham at 14%.
But they are pretty similar in o swing, z swing, swing, and contact %.
So all Pham has to do is start going oppo, lift the ball more, and guarantee playing time and he's a solid player to own.

Pham will never get everyday AB in STL to be relevant over a long period

And he's too valuable to them to deal

Grichuk, loud tools, great hair, but I wonder if STL isn't close to moving on

Can't really disagree there

Chris Taylor, may be UTIL man of the year this year
Justin Smoak can give him a run for the money

Smoak was a better K rate away from being a solid player. He's one of those guys you always kept on the rada

I wonder what the asking price was for Judge when he went on the block.

Now is the time to move Tucker for an arm
Do me a favor and go post that in the DAT so I can watch the melt. No one there wants to trade Tucker.

Trout leaves game with hand injury after sliding into base. Edit: looks like he just jammed his thumb sliding head first.

I meant your Chi Sox pitcher. He gave up a hit to Avila as soon as I typed that
