Would have given you that 2019 pick had you countered for Zobrist. I would have given you more for Degrom had you asked for another sweetner as well.

I play to win. My bats will wake up eventually. Have the best pitcher in baseball in Sale and will find 1 or 2 arms to surround him. Will just go bullpen heavy now.

He was already on the block. I took all my guys off the block and just left Zobrist on there and forgot to remove DeGrom. I had 6 offers for DeGrom not including the offers that were for draft picks. I was already going to do this deal but held off when he mentioned that I could possibly have Saegar. The asking price was too high so went back to the original deal. I wanted a power hitter and that is what he sent me.
