Started the season OK, got hurt and hasn't been able to regain form. Though, he did suck over the last couple months of last season...so maybe this is really who he is.

I never use the app, just go to fantrax through Chrome... and it's working fine.

Can someone clarify the rules on starting a RP that hasn't made his debut yet?
Can I place him in the starting lineup or have to wait for him to pitch first?

According to the league constitution...

So if they got called up and are on the 25-man active roster, you can put them into your lineup. If they get sent down before appearing in a game, you'll have to move them back to a Minors spot.
