I'll be honest, I read that wrong. I didn't realize he wasn't drafted. Wasn't around for that debate i guess.

Yeah I'm sure he never left the Fantrax player pool from 2012. They got guys in there that haven't played in years, they got guys who are playing now who aren't in the system, they add draftees right away. I don't think that's the prerequisite for being able to just add a guy. Had Thames not been in Korea (just a MLB FA), I'd say he's free game. Just my opinion Ron
