Gyno, if I claimed Pitta on waivers but no one else tried to get him will that use my waiver spot or not?

I'm gonna drop one. Haven't made up my mind who will do better this week yet.
I just need a replacement for Forte and simply want the highest scorer. Don't care what position it is.
Just so happens Pitta and Bennett have scored a good bit and caught my eye so I grabbed them.
I'm definitely not looking to "exploit" the TE/TE "glitch."
Once Forte is 100% again I won't be using this tactic.

I couldn't decide on whether to go after Bennett or Brown. Olsen really hasn't done shite so far but my depth at RB sucks.
