I'm not sure why you even keep bringing up projected points for all these other teams' 1st/2nd/3rd round picks. What do you think has made people change their minds since the draft to where they'd prefer Gates to their early round picks when they had 3 and in some cases 4 cracks at Gates in the draft?
If you believe in your flex TE strategy why not roll with it through the season and shut them up? They've all said multiple times they don't agree with your flexploit strategy so what makes you think you're going to strongarm people with TE trades?

then in a month or two they can see how they were wrong.....if I just brought it up after the fact, it wouldn't have as much weight.
example:if the double TE works
would the strategy have more weight being that I called Flexploit before the draft..or if I just drafted 2 tes then after the year was over people just noticed that the TE/Flex was the highest scoring combo and what pushed me over the edge?

The only thing that makes fantasy sports fun and worthwhile is relying on your own brain, intuition, and effort.
Quit trying to defend yourself using rankings like a robot. If you think a player will vastly outproduce the league's collective opinion, then there really is no point in even trying to shop that player.
