It passed in Calcasieu Parish and Cameron but failed bigly in Allen, Beauregard, Jeff Davis, and Vernon.

So im confused, it appears that the overall majority of the state passed it, but im being told it will be policed parish by parish. How the frick is something like that even feasible?

I guess the taxes will be parish by parish but the Louisiana Board will regulate it.
