Probably need to see what coaches get fired/hired. But I’d say Barkley, Gurley & Kamara are safe bets to be ranked highly.

Interested to see what happens w/ L. Bell.

Very true. I am interested to see what happens at KC. Damien Williams was fantasy huge during the playoffs. Catches the ball great too. Both he and Ware are free agents. I could see them drafting the Iowa State or Ok State RBs too as they both fit their scheme well. Or some other RBs. Depending on how the playoffs go for them, maybe they stick with Williams. Seeing some internet chatter about that.

My guess

1 Gurley
2 Barkley
3 McCaffery - especially if PPR or 0.5 PPR
4 Elliot
5 Kamara - Are saints re-signing ingram? Maybe higher if not
6 Gordon
7 Conner - maybe higher? system produces
8 Bell - depends where he ends up. maybe not in a better system than Pitt.
9 Chubb
10 Mixon
11 Cook
12 D Johnson or Fournette. assume LF draft stock will be low, possibly lower than this, as a result of all the injury

In no particular order:

1. McCaffrey
2. Gurley
3. Barkley
4. Kamara
5. Zeke
6. Gordon
7. David Johnson
8. Mixon
9. KC RB (whoever it is)
10. James Conner
11. Aaron Jones
12. Lev Bell (depends where he goes and he left a sour taste in peoples mouth this year)

Then there's some more who I could see being drafted top 12 depending on how their depth charts, injuries and offseasons shake out:

13. Leonard Fournette (Can definitely argue he should be top 12, but they need a halfway competent QB first)
14. Sony Michel
15. Kerryon Johnson
16. Derrick Henry (Probably won't be on any of my teams, but the way he's finishing out this season, don't be shocked if he goes high)
17. Derrius Guice
18. Jerrick Mckinnon
19. Philip Lindsay
20. Tarik Cohen
21. Dalvin Cook
22. Nick Chubb

Then add in any big rookie names. Also could have some free agency moves with guys like Tevin Coleman and Mark Ingram possibly getting bigger roles somewhere else. Seems to be fairly deep at RB next year. At least relative to recent years

I’d throw Michel up around 12 too. Pats weren’t afraid to ride with him when healthy. Has a slow start to the year due to injury and then a big lull due to another. Feel like they will lean on him with another year in the system as Brady continues to age.

Yeah I wa going to ask how we should view him after that news, guess we’ll know more after the draft.

Could we rule out them bringing a ‘rehabbed’ hunt back either?

I wouldn’t be shocked if WRs are shut out of the first round next year in many drafts...which is nuts if you think of the landscape a few years ago when RBs were left for dead

perfect time to go HAM on WR if the hive mind scoops up all the RBs.

Perhaps...but WR has become way more volatile the last couple of years, probably only a handful that had consistent bodies of work.

Only WR I would take in the 1st is Adams. I love consistency and he has been the most consistent scorer over the past couple seasons. Hopefully they scoop up a good coach and further solidify his value.

Julio would be up there, but I'm wary of Ryan getting a new OC. He always struggles in year 1.

Brown will lose value on a new team unless he goes somewhere to be the absolute 1.

Actually, I forgot Hopkins. He's worth a 1dt rounder, too. If I thought I could get Adams and Hopkins at the back of the 1st/top of 2nd I would make that move.

So your postulating that RB’s are a thing now and we are going back to mid 2000’s style fantasy drafting?
