Would probably be best to shut down trading at some point, maybe only for the playoffs, then open it back up before the roster cutdown or rookie draft so people can try to make moves.
Draft day trades with teams "on the clock" could be pretty fun.

Yes there is a deadline, i set it at Nov 9, which is the thursday start of W10
i can make it earlier or later though. I think thats a nice spot, we would still have 3 fantasy weeks until the playoffs

Make it post W10, for the three weeks. Three weeks is a traditional trade deadline.

I'll get this tonight after I get home probably a little after 8 pm. I have never done an online league like this before, and I rarely use PayPal. How exactly does this work? Is there a setting or method within PayPal to use?

There is a send money option in PayPal. Select that and just put in Gyno's email. Then type in the amount you want to send. It's that easy...
