Can we vote on 14 or 12?
I dont think it will be difficult at all to find 2-3 teams and prefer to keep as is. I already have 1 owner interested and thom mentioned same (sorry for repeating 10 times but still dont understand fear of not finding active owners-lol).

I was under the impression that you were out or at the very least on the fence.

We'll get a better idea of if that is even an option when we know who is in or out officially.
Really, I think the idea has more to do with shaking things up than not being able to fill those spots. We'll see, but I think that is at least a step or two down from where we are.

we also should take a snap shot now of teams out of playoffs for lottery position (number of balls correct)?
I'm assuming its record followed by lowest point total as 2nd differential.
If that's correct then:
Swamie, Deebz, Amelia, Eli, DVH, Gmoney, Gyno should be order of most balls in lottery to least.

Yeah, I guess the lottery has to wait for the official league composition to run the draft order.

Yeah... I think that would only be fair to new owners so they couldn't cry foul. There isn't a huge rush. We can draft until after the actual NFL draft.

Shake things up by going to H2H? I like top/ bottom, but H2H is more entertaining.
12 teams will promote more parity which I think we need. Some of us bottom teams are pretty bad.

Sleeper has the option to do a hybrid top half/bottom half and head to head setting. As in you can have 2 matchups each week. Against the league median and against a head to head opponent. That's what none and I do in the other TD dynasty league. I've liked it so far. Kind of a best of both worlds option.
