You can propose trades through the app. Go to his team, and there should be a "propose trade" button at the top of his roster. Put any picks in the trade in the comments. Keep in mind though that I don't think you can see the trade comments through the app. You can only read them on the email notification you get.

let's do this, since I have to know who LE would drop, trade offer is Adam Thielen for next pick 1.09 and Lester's next years first round 2020 pick. Lester do you accept and if so who would you like to drop so I can offer trade and you'll get theilen and I can make this next pick?

I don't know what the trade is or if it has been agreed on, but I wouldn't think so. Picks aren't put in through an app or anything. They're just posted here and pushed through with the league manager add/drop tool or probably could also just use the normal add/drop tool.

Hmmm. I see. Yeah. We don't have a great mechanism for just picks for players trades. I think the only way to do it would be to have Lester propose a trade with who he would drop to add the player he's receiving. I don't know. Other apps are better than ESPN for this aspect of dynasty.
