B. Cooks for M. Thomas, should i?

Guy in my league is offering me Thomas for cooks straight up. I should do this right?

I'm inclined to say yes. Although, I do have my reservations about Thomas being the focal point of the coverage. Not saying he won't be good, just gives me pause.

Thomas saw 121 targets from Brees last year, caught 76% of the targets. That's prob his floor this year w no Cooks

I would. Thomas is going to be elite.
Cooks can be and I know Brees spreads the ball around, but not as much as Brady will.

I'd at leat wait until after this weekend to make the call. Cook's had a decent game Thursday in a game where the Pats passing game was not good. Looks like he'll be a big part of that offense, and if Amendola is out for any extended period of time he gets an uptick. It's probably a coin flip between Cooks and Thomas, just go with your gut.
But we haven't seen Thomas yet this year so I'd wait and see and make a decision on Tuesday.

Thomas has a tough matchup w Xavier Rhodes on the road, so I would not be discouraged if he doesn't go ape shite week 1
