As someone with Cook and Mattison, I really hope they just sit Cook today and let him get healthy.

Brian Flores just told me WR DeVante Parker (hamstring) will be downgraded to out and will not go today.

Miles Sanders is almost not even worthy of a flex start anymore. He's being out-performed by a rookie and this is his snap share over the first 4 weeks:

66%
67%
60%
64%

I asked the Gainwell owner if he was interested in trading for Sanders and he didn't even respond.

I need a better league.

Why on earth would that owner be interested in sanders?

To handcuff both of them.

At this point, I'd probably take a solid defense for Sanders.

the Steelers are "expected to put [Smith-Schuster] on injured reserve and are fearful he will miss rest of the season."

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network added, "While the Steelers will wait on all tests, source confirms this is considered a major injury based on the initial diagnosis for [Smith-Schuster]."

Counting last year's playoffs, Bucs have played 17 games since adding Antonio Brown. Here are his stats in that span, along with Evans and Godwin:

Mike Evans: 80 catches, 1,230 yards, 14 TDs
Chris Godwin: 85 catches, 1,159 yards, 8 TDs
Antonio Brown: 73 catches, 889 yards, 9 TDs

No clue. That was just the tweet I saw. Pretty interesting that people were worried about Evans at points during that run.

I had Godwin last year, so I watched Evans. He did seem pretty boom or bust.

I haven't seen anything other than it's a knee injury.

Source classified Joe Burrow's hospital visit for throat contusion as precautionary. Wasn't major concern among the team post-game. Coach Zac Taylor will address media today but the feeling as of now is he'll be fine.

Sources: #Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster had surgery last night on his injured shoulder and is out for the season. The procedure was successful. A tough loss for a Pittsburgh offense that is showing signs of hitting its stride.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire will miss a few weeks with an MCL sprain.
It's actually a pretty fortunate update from how it looked last night, where Edwards-Helaire was carried off the field by teammates. Darrel Williams and Jerick McKinnon stand to gain the most from Edwards-Helaire's injury. Williams led the team with 37 snaps and five carries last night, and should be the lead back, while McKinnon mixed in mostly on passing downs.

Giants WR Kenny Golladay is expected to miss this week with a knee injury, source said, but a major sigh of relief all around. The initial fear was that it was major… but should be just a week or two. Actual good injury luck for NYG.
