Talking to Colts coordinators... Nick Sirianni says “We need to get the ball to Nyheim.” Indicated Hines will be a bigger part of the offense after having zero rushes and one reception on Sunday. Hines had 15 touches in Week 1. Fantasy owners been blowing me up. So, there you go.

From NFL Now on @nflnetwork:

The expectation is Devonta Freeman will sign with the #Giants, provided all goes well with COVID-19 testing.

A doctor punctured Tyrod Taylor’s lung right before the game for pain treatment on Sunday, he’s out indefinitely. Crazy.

That's the reason I grabbed him over anyone else with #1 spot in WW. I had a feeling they weren't being totally truthful with both Coleman and Mostert.

Got him in every league, they’re invested and the opportunity is there

Jeff Wilson 13 red zone touches. 10 touches inside the 10 produced 4 TDs. He’s gonna vulture if the opportunity arises.

The San Francisco Chronicle believes Jeff Wilson “could see the most action” in Week 3 against the Giants.
With Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman sidelined, Wilson and Jerick McKinnon are next up for carries. The 49ers could also promote RB JaMycal Hasty from the practice squad. Wilson played just five snaps the first two weeks but may be the favorite for early down and red-zone work over McKinnon. In a matchup with a struggling Giants run defense, Wilson is a Week 3 streaming option.

Not the best news for McKinnon. I also think Mostert may be back next week.

Shannhan has always used multiple backs, and the distribution has never had a pattern game to game. Both will touch the ball double digit times

As for this week, Giants have given up 35 carries for 195 yards to two pretty meh RBs in Snell and Montgomery.

MCL - we’ve seen Guice get IR’d with one, Kamara missed time last year and was ineffective when he returned, many others have missed time. It’s not a surgery thing, it has to heal on it’s own

MCL blends with the joint capsule. It can be significant or very mild depending on grade. A lot of it depends on the amount of swelling the injury causes. There have been plenty of guys who are back to themselves in 1-2 weeks over the years. Some even playing the following week. Given how important speed is to his game, I’d assume he gets a few weeks. They all call it mild so fingers crossed. Dude is electric.

Have always had an interest in them as it was my case study in PT school back in the day.

It seems the QBs with the MCLs return faster, of course their position isn’t predicated on speed and agility. Are you saying it can be healed 100% after a week or two? Likelihood of reinjury?

I don’t see a reason to go away from Robinson
