The Minnesota Vikings are reportedly playing the long game with wide receiver Adam Thielen's hamstring injury.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported Tuesday that Thielen is "unlikely" to play in his team's Week 10 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium on Sunday night.

Coach Freddie Kitchens hinted Nick Chubb's touches could take a hit with the addition of Kareem Hunt to the backfield.

When asked if Hunt's activation off the suspended list could affect Chubb's opportunities, Kitchens responded, "Nick is about one thing, and one thing only, and that's winning. I don't think either one of those two are selfish at all." Chubb has been the lone consistent week to week force in the Cleveland offense. We still like him as an RB1 moving forward, but the arrival of Hunt throws a wrench into the situation. Previous No. 2 back Dontrell Hillard had been in on roughly 40% of the snaps over the last two weeks while averaging six touches per game.

Chubb keeps most goal line opportunities IMO.

Probably takes a hit in PPR more than standard, right?

frick it. Just line up Hunt at WR. Would probably be an upgrade over OBJ/Jarvis.

frick it I’m starting AJ and closing my eyes. Just dropped Boyd for John Brown too.

Yes, I had two Bengal WRs on my roster and I’m not proud of it.

ETA: soo... all in on Golden Tate?

I was being sarcastic. But I would think Hunt mostly just steals passing down work from Chubb as he excels as a pass catcher.

I was looking to drop Tate for Christian Kirk or DeVante Parker. But, I think I'm just gonna keep him and save my FAAB. Jones like throwing to the slot and with Shepherd and Engram iffy, he's a good WR5 for my team. I'm starting Tate over Green this weekend.

Patrick Mahomes once again will practice today. Reid said he can’t give us an answer on how much he practices. Will take it day to day and will increase him today and see how it goes.

WR5? His first game was a dud but since he’s averaging around 15pts a game. That’s fantastic. Having Engram helps Tate more than hurts so I hope to see him back soon.

Well, I'm still considering AJ Green to be better than Tate because I'm stubborn as hell. I also have Kupp, Chark and DJ Moore which have all been ranked ahead of Tate in the ROS rankings. But, he could move up I'm sure if things work out for him. My only complaint about Tate is that he doesn't catch TDs, same with Moore.

Evan Engram said he has a low-grade sprain. Sounds like he’ll be out this week and then they’ll reassess with the bye week after.

Thoughts on Montgomery ROS? PPR

I traded him just now, along with Sanu, for Darren Waller. I feel really good about it but I wanted to see what everyone else thinks

Barkley / David Johnson / Royce Freeman

Seems like a bit too much to give up, but if you needed a TE and can spare Sanu, why not?

Sanu was likely my WR5 (Diggs, Juju, Robinson, Woods).

I don’t think Sanu will be mega productive in NE on a consistent basis. Just glad I sold high

I tried to treat it as a value of replacement deal

My 4th Wr will score more or just as much as Sanu

Montgomery won’t start over Johnson if he’s healthy (if.. big if). Waller is going to outpace the shitshow I had at TE
