Been a rough few days, Honk. Had to bury a co-worker today, 25 years old. Way too young.

It was pretty brutal to watch the absolute devastation on the faces of the 20-25 year olds that I've seen over the past two days. Had to have been at least 150 of them. Not to mention this guy's mother. Man, it was sad.

Awful. Just awful.

Anyone ever been to a Greek Orthodox funeral? I couldn't make heads or tails of it, and I think it has prevented me from getting closure from this whole ordeal.

Maybe this is a topic for the O-T. Sorry.

Burying your kid has to be the most helpless feeling possible. I can't even imagine

Can't say that I have. What's so special about it?

It's not that it's special, imo. It was a man that sounded like an auctioneer running off prayers at machine gun speed for 45 minutes while everyone stood up. It was nothing I have ever seen before. I don't like to judge people's religious beliefs, but I'm used to getting closure at funerals, and I don't feel that I got one during this funeral, because there was no time where people came up to speak about the deceased or anything.
