32 teams, 53 man rosters.
In 3rd round now. Started draft with Antiono Brown and Julio Jones (traded back into the 1st round to get him) it looks like Forte and Lynch will be available with my next pick. Who do you go with? Or do you go with someone else. No rookies can be drafted yet and D.murry, McCoy, Hyde, Hill, Lacy, and Bell all gone.

PPR though?

id take Forte over Lynch because his carries are really building up.

CJ Anderson was a stud last year at the end of the season, but you have to wonder what he is post-Peyton

CJ Spiller is someone id look at too if its PPR. He's going to be in the Bush/Sproles/Pierre Thomas role as a ball catching back.

shite sorry, Anderson is gone too

.5 ppr

I think I can get spiller later. I already traded down once in this round bc I'm not really excited about any of these backs. I could always go QB only Luck, Rodgers, and Wilson off the board. I'd probably like to wait on that though

LINK

Consider Lamar Miller

24 y/o and not a lot of miles on the tires

6 RB had 100 or more rushes & avg'd 4.8 or more YPC

Justin Forsett
Lamar Miller
Jeremy Hill
Jamaal Charles
Arian Foster
Jerrick McKinnon

It's a possibility. I think with my running backs I'd lean to more win now options since the turnover is pretty quick at that position. What about L. Murray? I think he could break out but I'm not sure I'm comfortable with him being my RB1

risky, but that is an up and coming offense, imo.

would be hard to pass Forte or even Lynch. Id consider drafting one, and riding them out. If you're not in it at the end of the year, deal them. Im not sure how much longer Lynch can do this.

Forte isnt old per say, but im curious how he fits in the new offense

Yeah I guess they all have warts at this point. I'll probably go Forte.

Draft Foster, take Blue later.

Or take Gio Bernard. Still will get touches, young, could be a #1 with a Hill injury or if he moves on in 2 years.

Was more just thinking an elite RB in Foster and the Cuff. Although it's early so I forgot about Polk. Not so much Blue's talent. He can't draft rookies yet, could take Langford maybe later if he gets Forte.

Just personally like Gio's age is all.

Although I don't do Dynasty's to be fair. Just throwing out a name in Bernard that wasn't mentioned.

Honestly, Adrian Peterson may be built best for the long term if you are going "old" RB

Why do people question this every year?

He's averaged 295 carries over the last 4 years.

history tells us RBs wear down after seasons like that.

I do get that, but Lynch is just different. I know this was a concern going into last season as well.

I watched every carry he had last year. Rarely does he take a hard hit. He dragging tacklers with him. My only concern about him is how long he wants to play, specially for a dynasty.
