People apparently don't remember the Virginia pattern that's as old as the Democratic Party.
Get ahead early vote, rural and suburban downstate filter in, Republican grabs the lead-- and since 2004 Democrat surges away.
Even before 2004, NVA was consistently turning lopsided affairs into close contests that shouldn't have been.

Only half of the vote in Fairfax. That's another 120K plus margin for Harris at some point whenever they decide to dump it. Loudon is almost all in and 80% in PW though.

Remember that 'late Biden pull out' was a 10% statewide victory.
It wasn't particularly close in the end-- it was just close in the middle, then it faded hard.
