The most disappointing thing about a Harris victory

Besides America becoming a 3rd world nation and not being able to afford food, would be the missed opportunity of seeing what the Trump coalition can accomplish. I'm excited to see what Musk and RFK, Jr can achieve in making meaningful change. I curious to see how another four years of Trump might possibly create a seismic shift in the political alignment. It's the "what could have been" after a Harris victory that will be hard to swallow.

You also wouldn’t know who’s really running things for another 4 years.

If it makes you feel any better both people who love and hate Trump agree that he has already had an enormous effect on political alignment.
Love him or hate him, he's the single most important American political figure since Reagan.

You're right. It's 11:30a and there are already signs. Florida returns are starting to show that this will not be any sort of landslide election. Nevada day-of voting is favoring democrats more than expected.
It's not over, but there are more signs right now that look toward Harris pulling it out similar to 2020 than Trump winning like 2016.

It's not defeatist at all. It's ok to discuss possible scenarios. I didn't say she would win but we all know it's a possibility.
