80% chance of rain in Milwaukee but also in R strongholds like Waukesha County.

The other swing states look dry.

does the rain favor 1 party vs the other?

I think rain favors Republicans.

Republicans are more likely to go out of their way to vote, so yes, this would favor Trump.

Ask yourself “which party is stereotypically lazy and irresponsible?”

“Which party leaches off society, expects everything to be given to them, and puts in little to no effort in all aspects of their lives?”

“Which party needs to be bussed to polling places, have their ballots filled out for them, and can’t be bothered to even get an ID?” (or so the dems believe)

Now tell me about those people getting out in the rain to vote.

Biden didn't give out free umbrellas like Obama gave out free phones. Plus one for the Republicans.
