in fact that was the essence of the quote - he was saying they were anxious to provide some 'comfort' for good role to play.

He never even implied that he did it - (although I am not alleging that he hasn't - it was just that the subject of the discussion - "they are willing to offer anything for some acting job")

Besides it was 'locker room talk' not in the least something that should be an indication of someone's character. That would be like judging someone who just hit their thumb with a pallet hammer.

I remember once when I got out of bed and stepped on a sewing needle in the carpet - looked down and saw about a half-inch of a 2 inch needle sticking out of my heel - with a small thread still going thru the eye.

My mother-in-law was staying with us while she convalesced from a serious cancer surgery at the time.

She told my wife later "I didn't know that he even knew some of those words." Glad my kids didn't hear it.
