Umm DOD doesn't send ballots. The state where you are registered sends you the ballots where you are stationed.

It's absolutely true. The Secretary of State for each State is responsible for military voting.

So nobody in the military got mailed a ballot and there hasn't been a peep said about it until now?
Were it true, it would have been all over everywhere, wouldn't it? Haven't even seen anything on the Poli board about it.
