I’m all for federalism and state autonomy, but patchwork voting laws is an issue

These elections just seem too questionable because local partisans set the rules and processes.
It just boggles my mind that we can’t have a reliable federal standard for registration, eligibility, ID’s, and tabulation.

If there was a federal standard the frickery you see going on in these swing states would be nationwide.

No such thing. But yes, states need to do a better job of getting it together. One thing LA does very well.
