1 more parish and 1 more precinct and its still 53% for EG

It's curious b/c I assume EBR is going to dump on him, but they likely should have dominated early voting, too.

If EG can withstand the EBR dump and these other 3-4 DEMs siphon enough from Fields, it may create a runoff and that would be FUN

You may get a lot of Republican turnout for the mayor’s race in EBR. That could help EG.

I looks like it will be a run off, which favors Cleo. Elbert needs the Trump wave to win this one.

Black DEMs don't do well with runoffs and not having the Presidential election will help.

The EBR Mayoral race may keep turnout high for non-DEMs
