More densely populated. Takes longer to get ballots to central voting locations because of traffic, etc. It's not a conspiracy. Not everyone lives in podunk, where you can drive five miles in a few minutes.

They get a lot of late votes because their people have been hitting 7, sometimes 8 or 9 polling places all day.

They aren't done voting until the polls are almost closed.

I feel sad for how stupid some of you are. Hello, it's called technology. Technology doesn't vary speed based on how many people are in a county. These votes are not being manually counted. Population size should have nothing to do with it and is a cop out for incompetence if not downright election rigging.
