You guys are too nice, he needs to go after all of them, all the corrupt people, Super Pacs and phony entities on both sides. Needs to stop the Voter fraud by requiring IDs. Prosecute some people hard to make an example. And I agree, get the FBI and DOJ right, appoint Gowdy as AG and give me mandate to go after all the corruption.

The U.S. Attorney for the State of New York could probably indict her under a multitude of state laws, and Obama would be unable to pardon her. Pardons are only for possible federal crimes.
One thing that will be happening is all the Bengazi families filing more civil suits against her.

Whatever happens legally for Clinton when Trump becomes president will be at his bidding.
So, given that there is an ongoing investigation by the FBI into the Clinton Foundation, you are saying Trump will interfere with it? It has been going on for over a year and a half. He will let them do their job.
