I have a fishing shirt and some hiking boots but South Louisiana isn't exactly hiking country

I wanted to get into a dick measuring contest about outdoor conquests with him, but his dick would be so cold and shriveled from all of his Patagonia gear I didn’t want to embarrass him.

Patagonia’s high end stuff is excellent. But like you said, us South LA baws don’t really need it

People arguing that Patagonia makes quality products? I thought the stupidity on this board would end somewhere. Apparently not.

You’re trying way too hard.

Their baselayers are as good as any on the market, and if you actually got out into an actual backpacking environment, like Mt Katahdin in August when people are finishing up a long 2200 mile walk from Georgia, you’d see their synthetic puff jacket as the most popular on the trail for a reason. You don’t give a shite what you look like after 2000 miles, you care only about weight and function.

I wasn’t going to bring it up, but since you did, I’ve been all over the world backpacking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, mountain biking, and sometimes all in the same trip. I know exactly what it is to be remote and having to depend on your gear for long trips.

The synthetic puff is most definitely NOT the most popular piece of kit on the trail. You know why you do see them? Because they’re cheap and readily available. The cost to weight/warmth ratio is what they’re looking at. The average AT thru hiker spends between 4-6k on a thru hike and the focus is more on shelter, shoes, and food. I came in right around $5500.

Ask whiteblaze what they think of the quality of Patagonia currently.

What is a "Climate Denier"? Are there really people out there who believe there is no such thing as the climate?

Tessa sounds like a blabbering moron.

They have been blatantly liberal for years. Personally everything I have bought from them has been really good quality. Unless assholes = republicans it’s not that offensive.

Yea, it's one of his main points of wanting to stop relying on China for everything that we manufacture. Which is why he is wanting to bring those jobs back here, and has already started.

Thanks for playing!
