He's being himself. An emotional head case. He coaches with emotion instead of logic. Always has and he always will. That's why he hasn't seen much success. Saban kept him in check when he was the OC there, but on his own, this is what you get.

His analytics obviously don’t factor in risk so they’re not really analytics. Kiffin belongs in the WWE, he’s more cartoon character than coach.

Lane’s “Book” reminds me of Mr. Hat on South Park. It’s a prop he hides behind telling everyone there’s a reasonable strategy behind what’s really just an inferiority complex.

It's an indication of Kiffin without an awesome QB.
Corral was beaten up when he ran thirty plus times vs Tennessee. He took some more hits vs LSU as well, although he didn't run as often.
He didn't run as much vs Auburn and his accuracy was not the same.
