Greek Salad Dressing

Does anyone have a recipe for this? Like the dressing they serve on Chicken Shawarma salads at Greek/Lebanese restaurants. I could drink that stuff.

based on the containers ive had in take out salads, there is muccchhh more oregano than that. also definitely needs some lemon juice. pretty sure the place i get it from has no rwv or mustard.

That's what I'm screaming. The ones I get are loaded with oregano and they definitely don't have any type of mustard in it.

Lebanese Salad Dressing recipe and ingredients used by Athena in Lafayette, measurements are close, improvise as needed per your taste.
1/3 cup EVOO
1/3 cup lemon juice
pinch of dried mint leaves
2 garlic cloves - minced
2 garlic cloves - make paste
1 tsp coarse kosher salt
pinch or red pepper (cayenne)
1 Tblspn dried Oregano*
1 Tblspn dried thyme*
* or use 2 Tablspn Za'Atar seasoning (sold at most stores)
combine ingredients in a 1/2 pint Mason jar (8 ozs.), shake well, then refrigerate. I add Kalamata olives (purple) and feta cheese to my salad.
