It’s ridiculous how some will try to protect pit bulls reputation by saying thinks like “my pit bulls are the most adorable dogs you’ll come across” or “there are good dogs and bad dogs from all breed”.

If my dog doesn't know that anyone entering the house through a window is fair game to be chewed upon, then he's being derelict in his duties.
Relative or not, authorized to be there does not mean authorized to enter via a window. Climb through a window should get you chewed up and/or shot.

I wish my pitbull would kill someone who climbs thru my window of my house. Unfortunately it will not, however you want to slice and dice “protecting it”.
If I had a crackhead uncle climbing thru my window my dog would lick him to death and roll over to get her belly rubbed.
