I have an extremely large live oak tree near my house that I need looked at. As best I can tell it is healthy. No signs of decay or anything, but it is enormous and leaning towards my house a bit, and close enough and big enough that the trunk could fall completely across my house if it wanted to. I need someone who knows trees (beyond cut them all down) to give it a look over and make suggestions on what to do. At minimum, it needs some weight reduction and some cables would help me sleep better at night.

TIA.

Being this is a very gigantic live oak, any chance I could sell it if it does have to come down? It is ~8.5' diameter from the eyeball test, 23' circumference at 3' off the ground
