Saw it yesterday. Really great movie. That little girl is a bad arse and a really good actress. Yo convey that much of her character without using words for half the movie was pretty amazing for such a young actress.

Finally saw this and left the theater quite impressed. Agree with most of the praise that been written in this thread.
Since so much good has (rightly) been said about it I'll talk about some of the (minor) negatives.
Pretending that this is like a one off graphic novel seems like the best way to treat the movie but I'd be lying if the continuity issues weren't in the back of my mind while I was watching.
The most obvious with the timeline and lack of mutants has been discussed quite a bit though I do think it's possible that you could say this is actually what happens to Wolverine in the Apocalypse timeline. So instead of their future ending b/c of Sentinels rounding everyone up, it ends mostly b/c of genetic warfare. So the Wolverine who wakes up at the school is in the good timeline while the Wolverine getting fished out of the water is still stuck in the doomed timeline.
The one thing splitting the timelines can' do though, is make up for the fact that recasting Caliban with Stephen Merchant was completely pointless. Unless a ton of his footage ended up on the cutting room floor I have no idea why they felt the character of Caliban was even necessary to this story. They should have just given Merchant a mutant to play who hadn't yet been used in movies.
The farm scene was a touch slow and I agree with those who thought it was incredibly selfish of Xavier to want to stay there when he knew what kind of danger he was putting that family in. Also think it would have been pretty cool to use Sabertooth instead of a clone.
That aside, this movie was so kick arse that I'd be surprised if Fox doesn't eventually figure out a way to talk Jackman back for a Deadpool team up.

Just saw it. Great movie.
That little girl was an amazing actress. Bad arse kid.
The ending... had no idea it was going to end like that.
First Iron Man and now Wolverine??

I love this movie simply because it shows how violent Wolverine would be. Glad he went out with a true badass movie

Don't remember if I posted in this thread originally or not, but I really liked Logan a lot.

same. wish they would have done a few movies with this theme and not just 1.
i haven't been able to watch it again though. knowing professor killed almost all the mutants himself and watching Wolverine die was like the end of an era. very good movie, but not something on repeat, for me.
