The most 2020 scene of all: Denver's QBs were deemed high-risk, close contacts because they were not wearing their masks. The Broncos will hit the field Sunday against the Saints without a quarterback.

Not the saints fault they didn't follow protocol.

It's not misleading at all. They didn't follow protocol so they aren't pushing it back.

Yep. I don’t blame the NFL either. They’re the only sports league that has attempted to go off like normal and if the players or teams won’t follow the rules then they must be punished.

I’d say the same thing if it were the saints

All of the quarterbacks on the Denver Broncos' roster are ineligible to play Sunday against the New Orleans Saints after being deemed high-risk, close contacts in COVID-19 tracing, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Saturday.

Drew Lock and Brett Rypien, the two quarterbacks on the active roster, and practice squad quarterback Blake Bortles were deemed to be high risk because they were not wearing their masks, a source told Schefter.

The Broncos will not be forfeiting, a source told Schefter.

So are they just gonna run wildcat all game. Not gonna lie though, it would be the most Saints thing ever to lose to a team that doesn't field a quarterback.

Where were they when they were not wearing masks?

Not our problem, but I will admit that is taking things to the extreme. Ridiculous.

neither team would get paid, and the Saints would save a good chunk of cap room

How does the NFL even know about the contact with Driskel from the QBs?

This. Double standards. Love that it’s working I. Favor of the Saints for once.
