I would say it's a ND/Michigan battle. Hearing Michigan has been moving up a bit more lately.

Not gonna be us. Also Pennington, another popular choice as an OG in our class got a 9 confidence CB to Clemson from Wiltfong. Wouldn't bank on him yet.

I think he's been a silent to ND for some time now. He was going to take his visits, but looks like he just decided to shut it down and announce it now.
