Anyone got the AT4 with 6.2?

I drove one in February when I was truck shopping. I ended up staying with a 3/4t diesel but I loved the way the 6.2 drove. Could be a fun truck. It was a close decision.

I liked them and looked hard, but couldn't justify the cost. I ended up with a Tundra. Lol. I can't believe they'd even put a 5.3 in the AT4. That's like a Mustang with a V6.

I often sometimes wish I’d gotten an AT4, until I go look up the price. Geez. I’m fine with my SLT.

6.2 has to have Super unleaded. That’s a no for me dog. I looked and the 5.3 would do everything I needed. I bought a SLT with the Premium Plus package. Put a level and new wheels and KO2’s. That saved about 8K in the AT4. Not worth the upgrade. I sold the takeoffs for 1K. Your paying a premium for a 2 inch lift with shitty tires.

No it doesn't. It runs fine on regular.(I have run both) I love my truck. I like how it sits higher. Passing someone is effortless, the 6.2 is strong. Mileage sucks if you keep your foot in it... but you can get 23 or so if you putt around.

Yes, its expensive, but like everything else, you buy what you want instead of what you need. 5.3 is plenty of motor but the 6.2 is "fun".

Have you driven a raptor?

I test drove the $70 k 6.0 and the black widow three weeks ago cause they have that 0% for like ever going on.

I loved them both but the 6.0 jacked up luxury liner had way, way more beef than the Widow.

I didn't buy either mainly because I don't want another black truck and the 6.0 was so much more than the widow it eliminated it.

Like to hear what your thoughts are?
