Crying Vernon
I don't know how many of y'all have seen this but it's pretty funny. Apparently Vernon Davis is an actor now and he showed of his "skills" on Sports Center.

That was really...bad

I mean, that was a weird question/set up and there was nothing he could’ve done there that wouldn’t have been cringey

Live acting is always cringey, basically no matter what. Hell besides someone like Daniel Day Lewis who would probably actually cut himself if he were acting as if he were stabbed, nearly any actor alive in an on-the-spot crying exercise live on a sport center set would look extremely terrible and ackward.
Anyone ever seen those behind the scenes clips of movies when they're just being filmed by a production assistant for a DVD extra?
They all seem fake and terrible.
It just goes to show how incredibly important pro framing, lighting, angles, lenses, equipment, editing and music are to making a cinematic experience.

He’s gonna be so relieved once he comes out of the closet. I like Vernon Davis, one of the good guys in the league. I’m rooting for him

Some of y’all are so weirdly obsessed with athletes being gay

Eh not always. Jim Carrey did an interview recently and went into Grinch mode for a few seconds and it was pretty flawless.

I make one comment, so I’m obsessed?
I don’t think you know what that word means

I wasn't comparing them. I was replying to the general comment on live acting.

I hate him for stealing Jimmy Graham's finest moment.
