The clear threat to democracy, meh wait until next year

Do Democrats have the votes for impeachment? Pelosi is a master at reading her caucus. If Pelosi has the votes she’ll likely give the green light to impeach on the floor. If Pelosi doesn’t have the votes impeachment could wait – conceivably until the New Year.

A member of Pelosi’s leadership team today told Fox that the backlog of bills up this month in the House “works against” a December impeachment vote. And the Democrat noted that impeachment “doesn’t fit the holiday spirit.” That means impeachment could wait until 2020.

LOLOL "We must do this to preserve the democracy!"
Uh, it's almost Christmas.

This is absolutely ridiculous and proof that the government doesn't give a shite about the people. It's only about getting re-elected. Their only consideration to the people, is pandering enough to their constituents to make sure they get back in office.

Hitler celebrated Christmas too.

reminds me of those news previews where they claim something like a murderer is loose and everyone is in danger and then say "more after this commercial break".

So Donald Trump is not the threat to democracy they say it is. Because if President Trump was such a threat you'd think this impeachment thing would be slam dunk and they would be voting today. But meh, let's go to a couple of Christmas parties, have a few cocktails and see if we can conjure up new impeachment energy for the new year.
Such a threat to democracy.

Are Republicans allowed to call legal experts to rebut what the democrat experts are going to preach?
