I saw graham on Hannity last nite announce it. It was very matter of fact and no ifs ands or buts about it. The report was coming out 12-9, and Horowitz testified to Graham’s committee 12-11.
POTUS and Barr met intensely recently. A few days later, Barr slammed the whole government for trying to sabatoge the Presidency. For 1 hr, in public, at the Federalist Society.
Sara Carter says there will be criminal referrals.
This isn’t going to be as serious as Durham’s probe (which doesn’t have the same limitations as Horowitz, who is basically limited to investigating DOJ (not CIA) and on FISA issues only).
This isn’t going to be a nothing burger. I’m optimistic it will be an appetizer. Hope I’m right.

Why? I’m serious, do you honestly think something will come of it?

Likewise, who wants to ban bet that absolutely nothing will come of it?... as far as punishments for Logan Act, sedition, treason and other high crimes that will be exposed.

Yes. I think Horowitz will detail FISA abuse and recommend criminal prosecution for some players (potentially Strozk and Comey) for process type crimes regarding representations in the FISA app. They won’t be felonyish sexy crimes, but I do think there will be referrals. I also think there will be a hefty evaluation of the FISA law, which will hopefully be
Modified, if not eliminated as a result of this. That Law is unconstitutional, unamerican and a travesty. It’s best for all of it that it goes.
I think his report will be narrower in scope than people want it to be, but the guy is also limited to investigating one agency on one issue. I think he’s going to otherwise keep Barr’s powder dry for Durham who definitely knows about some shady, Deep State shite that went down in the Obama Admin.

Not a chance that I’d take that bet. If I’ve learned anything in my short time paying attention to the goings on in our government, it’s that only one party is shackled to any moral compass and therefore, only one party do the rules actually apply.

It's important to remember that Horowitz's authority stops at the DOJ door. He can only make referrals for those who are still employed at Justice.
Durham has authorization to indict ANY/EVERYONE.

The Deep State will be exposed on 12/9.

Regarding the report itself-- I am not expecting much. If Durham gets indictments we should hear of arrests over the Thanksgiving holiday. At the very least it will be known what they all did and impeachment ends; but the MSM will ignore it like they did Honest Bob muh Russia.

We had NBC running to beat the band yesterday, desperately trying to debunk the Ukraine indictment story, carried by Reuters, ffs. They legitimately think that if they say something is discredited, then that neutralizes all of the facts. Right now, the MSM is a thousand times more dangerous to the American people than the Democrat Party.

This. The 4th branch of our government was not something the framers put in the constitution as a branch of government and nobody else has added them into the parameters of the constitution.
Thus they operate outside of the constitution and will never be brought to heel judiciously because they are not shackled by the constitution.
The only way the swamp will ever actually be drained is by a mass uprising of the people.

So with your edgy cynicism, you're cool with the status quo, pre-2016?

My prediction:
1. They will be exposed and there will be some damning stuff in there.
2. The media will spin it as "political" retaliation (how dare the hand-picked AG blah blah blah)
3. No indictments will come about.

If I'm remembering right, the best comment on this was 'it doesn't take 500 pages to report that everything was OK'...
500 pages has more to do with length of investigation than guilt. Just look at the Mueller Report.

Anybody think it was strange the way Graham blurted it out? Also why does Graham know the drop date? I can see Grassley types knowing and them keeping their pie hole shut. Why did Graham blurt it out? Tic Toc has been acting almost sick. He is annoying but he means well.
