So your suggestion is every time you are hungry to stuff yourself with a low nutrition processed food and to sweeten it with natural sugar????

Yea lmk how that works out for you. Sure if it's part of an overall caloric deficit you will lose weight, but it's not very smart not teaching good habits at all in the long run.

And for losing 20lbs in 2 months it absolutely is not even close to the path he should be taking. If he is going to crash diet, atleast do it right.

Absolutely. I do crash cuts all the time. 2 months you can cut that pretty easily depending on how committed you are to the diet.

Straight up no butter or oils, no white bread or rice, noseasonings at all. It’s bland as frick but it gets that cut you’re looking for.

I said no oils but I do use sesame seed oil just to cook the chicken/beef in a skillet. It’s bland but you’ll get the nutrients you need without that sick looking weight loss.

Water and milk only. No juice, lemonades or cokes. Fruit juice is not healthy just because it’s fruit.

I get stuck at fit 220. So I’ll bulk to about 230 then 2 months like this I’ll be down to about 210. I’m a hard gainer.
