I'm here to edit as well. I found it at the bottom of the first page and don't want it to slip to the second page again.

edit and bump - way behind pace on my goal, but still on pace for last years goal / mark.

Going to try and burn through some books this month, new goal for the year is probably to beat last years mark by 5 - 10 books though.

I really liked The Force ce by Winslow.
Gritty and believable.

And you’re right about Lehane’s Since We Fell

I recently decided I needed to start reading again, so I might as well join for the rest of the year. In the past I've tried to read on my kindle but I think its just hard for me to keep my interest when I do that. Reading physical books just seems to be much more satisfying for me. Anyway, I've ditched the kindle and bought a few new books as well as picked a few up from my parents house to get reading again.

I'll set my goal at 6 books for the remainder of the year. I'll finish book #1 tonight, so I'll be at one book per month for rest of the year. A few that I have on my list are pretty long so that seems fair.

Currently Reading:
Animal Farm by George Orwell

On Deck:
Watchmen by Alan Moore
Dune by Frank Herbert

I'll decide what comes next after I read Dune. Not sure if I'll try to go right through that series or mix it up with something else.

I've got Dune coming up on my list as well - from what I hear, you should read the first 3 (I think) By Frank Hebert and don't really need to read the other ancillary books.

I've extended my 5 book goal to end of the year. Did more traveling than reading over the summer and with grad school stuff, it can be a little difficult to fit in at times.

1. Lady of the Rivers - Philippa Gregory (494 pages) 4*
2. The White Queen - Philippa Gregory (436 pages) 4*
3. The White Princess - Philippa Gregory (544 pages) 3.5*
4. The Rules of Magic (The Practical Magic Series - Book 1) - Alice Hoffman (38 of 370)
