Let's be 100% real here, the legal stuff surrounding this is irrelevant in the big picture as it relates to Brown bc the civil system will play itself out like it normally does and whatever occurs will occur whether it be dismissal, verdict for damages, settlement, etc. WHAT TRULY MATTERS FOR BROWN IN THE GRAND SCHEME is what the NFL does relating to this and an investigation given their "sterling" reputation handling these situations and the sports media heavily reports and comments on these things which crosses over to regular media. If the NFL EVEN places him on the Exempt list or suspends him the league minimum without an indictment or AT THE VERY LEAST a civil judgment for damages, that basically amounts to labeling Brown a rapist or sexual predator like they did Zeke with DV and rushing to judgment. Very unprecedented the NFL places people on the Exempt List without an indictment for a crime, this is a civil suit, smaller burden of proof, could open the floodgates to some very bad things down the road if uncontested by the affected party.
