I was trying to listen to his most recent one this morning. Is he new to this? Because that was really boring.

Podcasts are not for everyone, I like them because it gives you a little insight into these guys personal lives a little bit

He's definitely not the most polished podcaster, but I still thought it was interesting.

- We know Jaxon played football, but he was a beast at Lacrosse too. He said Lacrosse is really good at developing eye-hand coordination.
- His growth spurt was pretty gradual, 3-5 inches per year through high school. He started as a 5'11 Freshman and was 6'10 when he left.
- Jaxon got about 50,000 Instagram followers during his break out Summer League game
- They are both excited about the open system the Pels run.
- Hart thinks Jaxon might benefit the most because the way he plays fits the system and having 2 guards like Jrue and Lonzo good at throwing lobs
- Hart equated players like himself to junk yard dogs and said some teams keep their junk yard dogs on a leash which keeps them from doing what they do. The way the Pels play unleashes the junk yard dogs.
- They talked a bit about rookie hazing, which pretty much is playing personal assistant to the vets.
- If you don't perform your rookie duties there are consequences. Jaxson said: "I'll do whatever you tell me, just don't 'popcorn my escalade'".
- When discussing cars Josh Hart said he's swapping his Benz for a Rover because of how bad the roads are. He made a heartfelt plea to the city to repave some of the roads
It is a long listen and there isn't anything really ground breaking and only about 10 minutes of Pels specific discussion (around the 45 - 55 minute mark). However, there's a lot of good discussion with insight to the daily lives of players, from what goes through your head waiting to get picked on draft night to staying away from card games on the plane as a "poor" rookie playing against vets making $25+ million.
