Any 3rd party IT guys use an inventory system? Meaning, something to keep passwords, IPs, accounts, etc., in one location for multiple multiple different customers?

We use Ocular by PassPortal and it works well for IT documentation. You can create security groups for permissions, view password revision history, and run complexity reports. When you deactivate a user, it gives you a report of everything they had access to. We also resell it to our clients for their internal password management. It’s a newer company, so there are a few UX bugs here and there they are constantly improving it and recently came out with an app for iOS and Android.

I’ve also head IT Glue is really good, although pretty pricey.

I’ve used last pass and keeper. Both are quality products.

If this is for business and you don't mind paying, try my software - Omnidek.

Omnidek

You can use it for everything you mentioned plus a hell of a lot more.

Starts at $99/month - includes 5 users.
