Interesting Crystal Ball pick for LSU...

Major Burns just got a crystal ball pick to LSU.
Seemed like he was all OU after things where looking really good with Alford, but it’s looking foggy with Alford now.
Another thing about Alford is that he’s waiting until the early signing day in December to commit. Think we will be 25 deep by then...
Wonder how hard we are recruiting Eric Reed. The last time we had a safety with that name, he was pretty good lol

They like Burns as a CB so this doesn’t really affect the safeties...I think we get Ransom and then either Alford or Toles and then Burns as a CB as well

We've been trending for Burns for a while now. We've prioritized him and said we want him as the other CB in this class with Ricks and that's it. Word is he wants to stay very close to home because I believe his father passed away recently and wants to be able to be around his brother and mom.
Mods think he announces for us next month and are pretty confident in that. Oklahoma is just too far away.

His dad passed away earlier too. He might want to be close to home and family.

Johnson will be the Hybrid/Nickel safety. Burns is a true Corner, nobody is being processed

I talked to a source today. Eric Reed is being recruited as a corner for some schools. He is the number 1 corner on Ole Miss board. But I believe the LSU staff is recruiting Reed as a safety. Notre Dame, Texas, and a few other stopped by last week.
The other corner (Hooker) is 6’2 and offers from Kansas, Kansas St, Colorado, SMU, and Texas was interested in. So it’s gling to be a wild ride I believe seeing where everyone fits.
