I do know that NASA astronauts will be riding on SpaceX's Falcon9 in August of this year for the first American space launch since the last Space shuttle launch in 2011.

I think it is great that they are finally able to do things now that they claimed they did with vehicles made out of aluminum foil and curtain rods in the 50s & 60s.
