I had to do a double-take on this story and where it came from. I've seen little to no national media giving LSU a fighting chance.

I hope it pissed off POS Pat Forde having someone from Yahoo Sports writing about LSU being overlooked and not bashing us.
quote:

Similar to Michigan last year, here is why LSU might be the most dangerous No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament

quote:

Dark clouds may be gathering above Baton Rouge, but the immediate horizon remains blindingly bright. How LSU responds without Wade is anyone’s best guess, but with its dynamic backcourt, maulers in the middle and balance, immediately writing it off is an unwise decision.

Wade-less LSU could still dance way to the Final Four

Yahoo reads TD. Chicken has street cred and there could be ramifications when you fake news LSU.

If Yahoo can write a positive LSU story, anything is possible. Maybe Wade will be reinstated after all.

If this team had a true, dependable sharp shooter from beyond the arc it would be almost unstoppable.
The Tigers real Achilles heel is its defensive efficiency. I the stat I read is up to date, we're like #127 and lower than that in scoring defense (opponents PPG).

It’s probably just a diversion do they don’t look like they have an agenda against us.

Perhaps ESPN and Vitale should follow suit. Yeah right.

Is it possible, or a good idea, to replace Marlon Taylor with Javonte smart and start the game playing 3 guards alongside naz and kbw?

Or maybe put days out there for Marlon.. I know he's a human highlight reel, but this is about winning, it's not for sportscenters top 10 plays of the day.

I like him on d and rebounding, bit he just doesn't bring a whole lot to the table offensively...even Emmit Williams could be a better choice..

Has anyone noticed that we started the season with the weave , then quit running it? Ever Since Wade left we run it again, out of nowhere.

No. LSU needs all the perimeter defense it can get. And now's not the time to shake up the starting lineup and rotation.

Need to save Emmitt and Days to come in for Naz and KBW.

I agree, just thinking out loud.... If Marlon's that much better deffinsively, that is.

If he's not, then put jovante in

A lot of his minutes are dictated on the matchup and skillset of who he's guarding.
