There's always the Robert Trent Jones trail

Lakewood is part of Robert Trent Jones. It’s in Point Clear, just south of Fairhope. Two awesome courses there.

Rock Creek is one of my favorites. Fun layout, some really good holes, and some elevation changes you don't get in South Louisiana.

I was looking at rock creek too. So I am planning a golf trip down to orange beach. Going to play gulf coast golf club, kiva and trying to determine the first one we want to play that would be on the drive there from Nola. Rock creek sounds good

My preference in this order. But all great options:
1. Steelwood (if they still allow the stay & play option)
2. Magnolia Grove
3. Rock Creek
4. Lakewood
5. Timbercreek

Magnolia, TimberCreek, Azalea City, Heron Lakes, Quail Creek (Fairhope) Are all good public golf courses in the area. There are more great courses but they are harder to get on to play - Steelwood, CCM, Rock Creek, Lakewood.

Rock Creek and Lakewood have never been hard to get on when I was down there. For the money Rock Creek is hard to beat.
