Christopher Steele told a top Justice Department official about an effort undertaken on behalf of a Russian oligarch to investigate the business dealings of Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, a revelation that raises new questions about the dossier author’s contacts with the Russian, Oleg Deripaska.

The testimony provides the strongest link so far between Steele and Deripaska, an aluminum magnate with close ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Lawmakers have sought information about the extent of links between Steele and Deripaska for months.

So when do we find out that Mueller used info from Deripaska to get charges against Manafort?

Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort,
I was digging around for some old articles a few days ago and was surprised at the fact that Paul Manafort was referred to repeatedly in multiple articles not as Trump’s campaign chairman but as his convention manager. It’s as if the reason PM was hired and his title have been purposely forgotten because it doesn’t fit the narrative that Trump was using PM as a conduit to Russia for collusion purposes. The goal has always been to tie Trump to Russia via Paul Manafort, but it’s impossible because PM’s actual role in the campaign

Manafort was first the "convention manager" and then "campaign chairman", and then "campaign manager".
The time line is below:
On March 29, 2016, Manafort was named campaign convention manager.
Manafort was promoted to "campaign chairman" and chief strategist on May 19.
June 20 Lewandowski was fired as campaign manager and Manafort took over as campaign manager.
On the day he was fired, Lewandowski told The Associated Press that "Manafort has been in operational control of the campaign since April 7.”
On Aug. 19, Trump released a statement confirming Manafort's exit from the campaign.

Is this the same Deripaska who is having our Treasury Secretary currently argue before Congesss for an easing of US sanctions?
Now , why would our Treasury Secretary be ordered to ask for easing of sanctions against Russian entities?

What happened to the indictment you swore was coming last September? You have less than zero credibility.

It's not just the treasury department that wants sanctions lifted.
I guess Ireland's Ambassador is Putin's puppet too.

This whole investigation is unraveling at a rapid pace. I would expect some announcements within a month after Barr’s confirmation.

I love how many downvotes you got from posting a factual and easily obtainable timeline because it challenges an inaccurate post

That's not why texdiddler was downvoted.
It's because of her two year battle with TDS that the board has witnessed.

We downvoted because he/she/it actually still believes in the Russian fairy tale
Anyone who still does deserves to be mocked constantly
