I suspect Mueller's aim is getting himself fired leaving the door open for obstruction

charges. Basically a last ditch cousin to a process crime. Tying the new AG in with a pointed goal of getting rid of Mueller. Which would be very Nixonian. If they know Cohen didn't travel or contact Putin (gimme a break with the wild arse email) and they know Trump didn't travel or meet with Putin and they have no recordings that can be verified then boom. OTOH if any of my suspicions are true I'm not sure how safe Cohen is and not from the president or any of his people. If he gets out of this he has a massive book deal.

Mueller has been destroying evidence for two years to cover the last administrations arse. Mueller was involved in the Uranium deal!

I know you are an LSU fan which puts forth an automatic defense of dumassery but what about s-u-s-p-e-c-t does a swamp creature not understand. I may be right, I may be wrong. But there is little wiggle room as to ignorance in your case. BTW, government work might be a huge step up for a stock clerk or meter reader so go for it if that is your dream however I must respectfully decline any interest.

Mueller’s job is to protect the Swamp. As Dan Bongino says, the special counsel investigation is a cleanup operation to protect the FBI and DOJ at all costs.

Mueller’s concern is trying to avoid looking like an idiot. Dude has had 2 years to collect evidence against Trump to prove he colluded with the Russians to beat their girl and he has nothing on Trump and he’s gets increasingly desperate. Mueller’s SC is nothing more than a Coercion Counsel at this point, trying to get Trump associates to compose BS stories under the threat of going to prison. How ironic is it that this stooge has the power of baseless investigations when he’s the one that should be investigated .
